Vietnam

Qualasa Expertise has been founded by Xavier Bocquillet. Xavier is living in Vietnam since 4 years. This agro-development engineer has been living 15 years in Africa and is involved since 6 years in the development of Agro Industry in South East Asia. He is now achieving his certificate on Sustainable Aquaculture from Saint Andrew University and has a comprehensive knowledge of food production system in Vietnam.

Xavier has been representing a certification body in Vietnam for 3 years, and made revive a consultancy company specialized in Certification training in agriculture and aquaculture.

He is now involved in the development of an entire shrimp value chain in the Mekong Delta since 1 year as CEO of Qualasa Company.

Since 3 years, Xavier is sharing is knowledge of certification and aquaculture industry by giving lecture at Nong Lam University in a French Master course called “Animal Production, Hygiene, Quality and Environment” and in many other events in South Vietnam.

In parallel of this activity, Xavier and his team are proposing to share their knowledge and network for the strengthening of agro business in South East Asia through Qualasa Expertise.

Singapore

Serge Fabre is the representative of Qualasa Expertise in Singapore. Singapore is today an inevitable hub in Asia for business and food trade. The presence of Qualasa Expertise there though the representation by Serge allow us to have access to main decision maker in the food industry.

Serge has more than 35 years experience in the management of large company. His extensive network of decision maker in Singapore allows him to advise clients on strategy development and business trends.

Our Singapore representation enables us to have access to a large spectrum of financial solution. Singapore is very well known for its financial potentiality and is very present in all Asian Dragon that required investment.

Kuala Lumpur

Terry Ghani is in charge of Qualasa Expertise in Malaysia. Malaysia is one of the most dynamic countries in South East Asia. Malaysian government is very active in the development of its agro industry: palm oil, but also aquaculture or chicken industry, are very important there.

Terry has extensive network of decision maker in Malaysia as he has been working for more than 30 years in several companies around the world at executive level. Since more than 5 years, Terry is focusing on the development of the Halal industry in Malaysia.

Our presence in Malaysia ensures us to be active in the Halal business. Malaysia is also well advance in the use of technological solution in Agriculture and Aquaculture.

2008:   Sourcing study of Organic raw material in Cambodia for organic fish feed.

2008: Technical study «Dalat and surrounding’s exportation supporting project: strategy, and industry development capacity», Dalat, funded by AFD.

2009:   Quality control of feed mill’s raw material suppliers, 30 suppliers audited, set up of quality standard for the supply chain management.
